Get Prepared

Gather the important documents and information needed for the lease application.

  • Two months of pay stubs

  • Employment offer letter

  • Personal references

  • Previous employer contact info

  • Previous address & landlord info

The more prepared you are, the better equipped your REALTOR® will be to get you the property you want. Be ready to pay, at a minimum, two months rent. Do NOT include any security deposits you expect to receive back from your current property. It can take up to 45 days to receive it.

Be ready to apply for a property as soon as you see it. They tend to go quickly!
